Returns & Refunds

All of my pieces are handmade, some are ready to ship, and others are made to order, just for you.

If you’ve ordered a ready-made item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:

• It’s unused and in original condition
• You cover the return shipping
• You contact me first to arrange the return

Made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. I include clear details in each listing so you know what to expect—feel free to reach out before ordering if you have questions.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
