  1. Processing Time:
    • I process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Please note that some items may be made to order and could take additional time to prepare.
  2. Shipping Methods and Costs:
    • I offer standard shipping for all UK orders:
      • £2.50 postage for orders under £30.
      • Free postage for orders over £30 (calculated at checkout).
  3. Delivery Times:
    • UK Orders: Delivery is via Post Office 2nd Class Tracked (approx. 2-3 days delivery time).
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during peak periods.
  4. Shipping Address:
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. I’m not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses.
  5. Packaging:
    • Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. I use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to minimise waste.
  6. Lost or Damaged Orders:
    • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
  7. Return Shipping:
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
